Zdrava pasta sa spanaćem i orasima


Kada pomislimo na pastu, to asocira na nezdravu hranu i gojenje. Ali to ne mora uvek biti tako. Ovo je pasta sa povrćem i orasima, zdravim namirnicama. Orasi se smatraju najzdravijim koštunjavim voćem, zbog velikog sadržaja omega-3 masnih kiselina i antioksidansa. Orah je bogat proteinima, dijetalnim vlaknima, vitaminima (B1, B2, B3, B5 i B6, PP, E i A) i mineralima (Mg, P, Fe, Na, K, Ca).

Potrebni sastojci:
– integralna pasta,
– 1 tikvica,
– 2 paprike,
– 200 gr šampinjona,
– 1 crni luk,
– 2 čena belog luka,
– 1 šargarepa,
– 200 gr spanaća,
– 2-3 rukohvata oraha,
– ulje od koštunica grožđa,
– biber, vegeta, so,
– parmezan.


  1. Iseckati na kockice tikvicu i paprike, a šampinjone na četvrtine.
  2. Sve to propržiti sa lukom i rendanom šargarepom na ulju od koštunica grožđa.
  3. Začiniti vegetom, biberom i solju.
  4. Staviti pastu da se kuva.
  5. Priprema sosa: oprati i izblendirati spanać sa belim lukom, pa dodati 2,3 rukohvata oraha (dok se ne dobije željena gustina). Dodati limunov sok, so, ulje od koštunica grožđa i parmezan.


Pastu pomešati sa proprženim povrćem. Sos sipati preko paste u tanjiru.
