Zašto da probate baš ovu tortu?

Ako ste ljubitelj neobičnih kombinacija ukusa, onda je ova torta pravi izbor za Vas.  Chuchu torta je veoma jednostavna za pripremu i ne oduzima mnogo vremena. Tokom ovih prolećnih dana, njena lagana tekstura, svežina voća pomešana sa primesama lešnika, učiniće Vaš dan slađi.

Sastojci koji su vam potrebni:
– pakovanje kora za tortu,
– 450ml čokoladnog mleka,
– 400gr šlaga ili slatke pavlake,
– 4 kesice pudinga od vanile,
– 1l mleka,
– 1 margarin,
– 12 kašika šećera,
– 4-5 kašika gustina,
– 100gr lešnika,
– 500gr višnje,
– 3-4 banane.

Priprema:

Prvi fil: Puding skuvati sa mlekom, 6 kašika šećera i 100ml vode. Dodati margarin i sitno iseckan lešnik. (za svaku koricu je potrebna trećina fila)

Voćni fil: Višnje skuvati sa 6 kašika šećera, 100ml vode i gustinom.

Drugi fil: Umućen šlag ili pavlaka.

Kada se sve ohladi početi sa ređanjem.

Svaku koricu izbockati čačkalicom i preliti čokoladnim mlekom (150ml na svakoj korici).

Koricu premazati prvim filom, zatim voćnim filom i na kraju dodati šlag. Nakon toga ređamo drugu  koricu, preko koje takođe ide prvi fil,  na fil naređati iseckane banane (možete ih naprskati limunovim sokom kako ne bi potamnele) i šlag. Treća korica filuje se isto kao i prva.

Tortu možete dekorisati po želji.
